您好,在選購商品之前,以下幾點必須請您先了解,這將使您購買的過程更加順利:

1. 黑貓宅急便週日沒有收送貨,可配達日為週一至週六
2. 我們採預定製作,需四個工作日,若有急件,請加line聯繫。

3. 物流司機無法準確控制到貨時段,且不保證在指定日和指定日段送達,會有delay或提早的狀況發生,介意時間者請選擇提早指定日收貨

4. 選擇星期一到貨者,商品須於上周六寄出,會在宅急便冰箱冷凍一天,於星期一送達。如介意者請選擇週二至週六到貨
5. 在宅配運送途中,旦糕會有少許變形、碰撞或歪斜的風險,旺季時甚至可能會有商品被宅配公司退冰的狀況。
   我們會盡力加強包裝,但無法保證能完全避免運送風險。
   倘若有損傷碰撞或水果掉落的狀況,恕無法理賠請能接受,再下單購買。

  
 

 訂購方式 


1. 選擇商品規格及數量,並"加入購物車"

2. 所有商品選購完成後,點選右上角"購物車" →"前往購物車"

3. 確認商品品項及數量無誤後,點選"進行結帳"

4. 依次填入所需資訊,點選"進行結帳"

5. 收到訂單Email後,前往ATM轉帳,或點選"前往信用卡付款"

6. 點選訂單Email中的匯款完成連結(信用卡付款者不須點選),訂單成立!




 

 訂購須知 重要!必讀!

 

1. 為保持甜點新鮮和降低運送變形風險,甜點皆為冷凍宅配。常溫解凍需1~2小時,冷藏解凍需12小時,請預留退冰時間。
 

2. 匯款完成後訂單才正式成立,並排程製作,期限內未匯款者恕不另行通知。
    請注意銀行入帳日,某些銀行或郵局週日匯款會隔週一才入帳,未免訂單延遲,周日轉帳的客人請用line聯繫,以利核帳。  

 

3. 請於到貨日前四個工作日完成付款手續,若未在時間內匯款,將可能導致無法如期到貨。
   (ex週二想要收到旦糕的話,因中間跨了六日,所以必須於上週三前完成匯款。)

4. 帳號後五碼,是銀行帳本的帳戶號碼,非信用卡四碼一組的號碼喔

6. 店內取件的時間 平日:11:15~14:30, 17:00~20:30 (非營業時間不提供店內取件),例假日: 11:00~20:30

 

7. 所有甜點皆無提供代切服務,若需要幫忙,請line聯繫

商品採預訂製作,於指定日前兩天取消訂單,恕無退款(例:指定4/30送達或店取,若於4/28取消,則無法退款)

 運費規則說明 


宅配部分採用黑貓宅急便低溫配送,網站上的甜點價格皆不含運
黑貓宅配分為小箱(160元)、中箱(225元)及大箱(290元)。

在選購完商品後,系統會自動選擇合適的運費,請參考運費規則如下:


小箱 (160元)

A. 8吋蛋糕或鹹派 --- 一個

B. 蘋果派或巧克力塔
C. 磅旦糕 --- 四條


中箱(225元) 

A. 8吋蛋糕或鹹派 --- 兩個

B. 蘋果派或巧克力塔 --- 四個

C. 長條旦糕 --- 六個

 Notifications
1. The express company only deliver on Monday to Saturday. No delivery service on Sunday.
2. We take pre-order production, which takes four working days. If there is urgent matter, please contact us via Line message.
3. The arrival time depends on the rout of the driver and might having delay sometimes. If you have important use, please choose to receive the goods on the designated day in advance.
4. If you choose Monday delivery, the product must be shipped on the previous Saturday. It will be frozen in the refrigerator for one day and delivered on Monday. If you mind, please choose Tuesday to Saturday for delivery.
5. During the home delivery process, there is a slight risk of deformation, collision or skewing of the cakes. During peak seasons, the goods may even be defrosting during delivery. We will try our best to strengthen packaging, but we cannot guarantee that shipping risks can be completely avoided. If there is damage, collision or fruit falling, no compensation will be accepted. Please accept it before placing an order.
 
 Policies Important!

1. In order to keep the desserts fresh and reduce the risk of deformation during transportation, all desserts are frozen for home delivery. It takes 1 to 2 hours to defrost at room temperature and 12 hours to defrost in the refrigerator. Please allow time for defrosting.

2. The order will be officially established and production will be scheduled only after the remittance is completed. If the payment is not made within the time limit, no further notice will be given. Please pay attention to the bank deposit date. In some banks or post offices, Sunday remittances will not be credited until the next Monday, which may cause delays in orders. For customers who transfer on Sunday, please use Line message to facilitate the verification.

3. Please complete the payment procedure four working days before the arrival date. If the payment is not remitted within the time, the goods may not arrive as scheduled.
(ex: If you want to receive the cake on Tuesday, because there is a gap of six days, the remittance must be completed before last Wednesday.)
